I had a great time enjoying breakfast with my team on the 9th floor, which was a nice touch before our conference. The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after busy days. Just a heads up, my key card access wasn't working on my last day, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Our family recently stayed here for three nights and truly appreciated the hotel’s proximity to Brackridge Park just under 4 km away, which was perfect for our morning walks, along with Bistro 202, offering delicious bites only a few steps away from the hotel, making meal times super easy and convenient for our explorations.

We absolutely loved our stay! After a long day of exploring Jacksonville, the two double beds were perfect for our family. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near shopping spots, making it easy for us to find dinner options.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities.

So-so stay for a family trip

We booked two rooms with breakfast using points, but they charged us extra because the lounge was closed. Plus, the breakfast was pretty basic for the price. The rooms were decent, but nothing super special. A nice dining spot nearby made up for it, tho!

If you're craving some local flavor, hit up Bistro 202 for a killer fish and chips that'll have your taste buds dancing! Also, despite a rough start, I gotta say the room was nice and clean. The desk staff were friendly enough to get you through the day.

On the flip side, that $25 breakfast was just average. I've had better for free! Plus, my request for no feather pillows was ignored, leaving me in a feather fiasco.
